I came across the article by chance when buying the magazine while waiting at the airport and was pleasantly surprised. Great article that made me think about how diversity researchers always focus on diversity management within the company, neglecting all the reputation and employer branding potential that marketplace inclusion offers. Congratulations to the authors, it was a pleasure to read this great article.
