Une page se tourne ! 📃 🎓 Après 4 années intenses et enrichissantes au sein du #BBA de emlyon business school, je suis incroyablement fière de partager cette étape importante avec vous tous. Ce week-end, j'ai eu le privilège de recevoir mon diplôme, marquant ainsi la conclusion de cette merveilleuse aventure. Ces années à Emlyon ont été bien plus que de simples études. Elles ont été une véritable immersion dans un monde de projets stimulants, de cours captivants et de rencontres inspirantes. Parmi les moments forts, mon échange à l'université Del Pacifico au Pérou restera gravé dans ma mémoire comme une expérience qui a façonné ma perspective sur le monde et enrichi ma compréhension des cultures. Je suis profondément reconnaissante envers tous ceux qui ont contribué à mon parcours à Emlyon. Chacune de ces interactions a joué un rôle crucial dans ma croissance personnelle et professionnelle. Alors que je tourne la page sur ce chapitre, je regarde avec optimisme vers l'avenir en poursuivant le MSc en Hospitality & Tourism Management au sein de ESCP Business School. À tous ceux qui ont fait partie de cette aventure avec moi, je vous adresse un immense merci. Ensemble, nous avons construit des souvenirs inoubliables et tracé des chemins vers un avenir brillant. ✨ Les Business Plans Bachelors à FERRANDI Paris : Une Aventure Entrepreneuriale Inoubliable pour nos étudiants ! ✨ Pendant trois semaines palpitantes, nos étudiants en 3ème année du "Bachelor Art Culinaire et Entreprenariat" et en 2ème et 1ère année du Bachelor "Management Hôtellerie et Restauration" de FERRANDI Paris ont plongé au cœur d'une aventure entrepreneuriale exceptionnelle - le Business Plan. Trois semaines, trois restaurants, trois ambiances, offrant ainsi trois voyages culinaires uniques. De l'idée initiale au pitch final devant un jury exigeant, nos étudiants ont mis en pratique les connaissances et les compétences acquises tout au long de leur formation Bachelor, ainsi que celles développées lors de leurs stages en entreprises. L'immersion a été totale, du marché à la gestion d'entreprise, de l'analyse des enjeux managériaux à la recherche minutieuse de partenaires et fournisseurs. Chaque étape de ce processus a constitué une étape cruciale dans la création de leur propre entreprise. Les trois projets sélectionnés ont pris vie au sein de notre restaurant d'application Le 28, du 23 janvier au 1er février 2024. Nos étudiants en Bachelor Management Hôtelier et Restauration, ainsi que ceux en Bachelor Arts Culinaires et Entrepreneuriat, ont brillamment présenté leurs concepts novateurs. According to the World Health Organization "between 30 and 50% of cancers can currently be prevented by avoiding risk factors and implementing existing evidence-based prevention strategies. The cancer burden can also be reduced through early detection of cancer and appropriate treatment and care of patients who develop cancer. Many cancers have a high chance of cure if diagnosed early and treated appropriately. Furthermore, around 1/3 of deaths from cancer are due to tobacco use, high body mass index, alcohol consumption, low fruit and vegetable intake, and lack of physical activity."    #prevention and adopting a balanced lifestyle are paramount and it starts with just one single step by creating more #awareness .   On #worldcancerday , Sunday February 4th, we are inviting all our partners, clients, friends and family to join us.
