This Pride Month our colleagues across the world came together to reflect, celebrate, and educate – participating in parades, movie screenings, happy hours, and marches, organizing safe and open dialogue. We kicked off with an inspiring fireside chat featuring the first winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race and the Cameroonian star of the Documentary Being Bebe, Bebe Zahara Benet (Marshall Ngwa), and the film’s director, Emily Branham, facilitated by our Principal Adam Harpool. Although we've reached the end of Pride Month, our commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion is perennial. In the coming days, weeks, and months, our PROWD chapters around the globe, with the committed support of our Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging team and LGBTQ+ Advisory Board, will continue to lead the charge on keeping Oliver Wyman a place that prioritizes equity, values inclusion, and fosters a sense of belonging.
