Survey questions like these are utterly non-sensical. [edited - this was originally posed as question, but after looking at it for a little over four seconds I was certain] Important for what? What are you optimising for? Revenue, profit, retention? What is the context? Am I running a startup or a multi-national, or a non-profit? How is "performance" being defined in this instance? Beyond this, is it event appropriate to rank order these things? The danger with surveys such as these is that at times, big decisions rest on their results. Hiring, firing, marketing choices.

It evokes Emotion, Trust, Authority and Relatability, But.... If you know answers to these questions. You can paint a perfect picture in your audience's head... And Ultimately, drive sales.💬

After the decentralized business is finally open for automated ownership distribution and growth, and the non-profits I'm starting are open as well, and as the market capabilities of AI progress, and when you see my own models that I haven't released or have available on my PCs for extreme security reasons that I have a plan for to make valuable to everyone, and not at much risk to be misused, but need to be further along here for that, I want everyone to know that the whole idea behind all of this is that people find it easy not to worry or fret about what they're going to do for work, or in life. We're creating opportunities, but whether or not people engage specific ways is entirely dependent on whether or not that is what they want to be doing. There is a plan for even extreme cases of no one wanting to work. What makes you happy? Do that, or we'll help you be somewhere you are, or find something to do that makes you happy if you don't know. We'll show you around, and you can decide. There is a lot going on, and you are owners in this model. Not employees. We're all friends showing you what we have to offer for engagement, not bosses or overlords. That is what this is about.

Your LinkedIn banner is an important piece of real estate that many of you are getting wrong. Here is a simple framework for creating a good banner image: --> What do you do? --> Why should someone connect with you? Nothing more, nothing less. 🤔 What do you do? -- Why is this valuable to the visitor? -- What results do you create? 👉 Example - Helping non-profits reduce HR expenses by 27.3% 👨🏫 Why should someone connect with you or follow you? -- What will they learn when you post? -- What value are you creating? 👉 Example - Matt Gray - "No fluff. No BS. Just real systems." Pretty clear what he posts about, right? He is going to post about systems. If I am interested in that, I can follow him. You can create an image for free on Canva in 15 minutes. There is no excuse not to have a good banner image. What are your thoughts? What would you add? Let me know in the comments. ⬇ Like this post? Innovative Learning tools for Business Professionals 🎥🌟 Over the last few weeks, I have come across a game changing way to engage and even influence my stakeholders – through movies!!! This strategy has worked like magic (a game changer) and my clients come back to me full of ideas, highly engaged and even suggested other movies. We often don’t realize that not only do movies have the power to entertain and inspire us, but they can also teach valuable lessons when it comes to business and influence. Here are my magic top 5 game changing movies for business learning: 1. "The Godfather": The Godfather series teaches us about the importance of building strong relationships and networks in business. Don Vito Corleone's ability to maintain loyalty and trust among his associates is a valuable lesson in building influence. 2. "The Social Network": This movie tells the story of the founding of Facebook and highlights the power of innovation and persistence. It reminds us that taking risks and believing in our ideas can lead to great success. 3. "The Devil Wears Prada": This film showcases the importance of adaptability and resilience in the workplace. It teaches us that it's essential to learn from our experiences, handle difficult situations with grace, and find our own voice in a competitive industry. 4. "Moneyball": This movie demonstrates the significance of data-driven decision-making in business. It emphasizes the need to think outside the box, challenge traditional methods, and use data and analytics to drive success. 5. "The Wolf of Wall Street": While this movie portrays the extremes of unethical behaviour, it serves as a cautionary tale about the importance of integrity and ethical decision-making in business. It reminds us that short-term gains achieved through dishonesty can lead to long-term consequences. These are just a few examples, but there are countless movies that offer valuable insights into business and influence. It's essential to watch and analyze them critically to extract practical lessons that can be applied in our own lives and careers. What is your top business lesson movie ? The Power of a Written and Spoken Word International Speaker, Best Selling Author, Brand Development, JMT Leadership Development, Adjunct Professor . Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist
💡 When I started my company "Profit with Purpose", I never imagined how that would change my life. I started thinking about how my business could be a game changer for myself and those I was helping each day. I started interviewing business owners and this is what I found: ⚡ The more successful businesses were those who had a purpose driven message. In other words, these successful people were integrating company values with social progress. They were aligning themselves with other businesses and organizations that impacted communities! They were making a difference! So, I began shifting my focus to allowing my message to have a social impact. I began helping people find their WHY and their WHO! Ask yourself these questions and begin your journey! ❓ What is your message? ❓ What experiences am I creating for my customers? ❓ How am I making a social impact? My inspiration came from working with businesses who were making a difference and creating social impact. You can too! Let's talk and find your why and your who! 🤙 📞 💻 To your success, PROF T www.profitwithpurpose.com #businessacceleration #successjourney #motivational #socialimpact The Mediacasters Amplify With Purpose Julie Drost Lokun , JD Kevin Kepple Don Voss MBA Mike F.
