DAY 31 Read, meditate, memorize and share BE MINDFUL OF YOUR THOUGHTS Philippians 4:8 is one of those verses you’ll want to memorize. It’s a guide to living a great life. What we focus on and think about continually is what we produce more of in our lives. The Apostle Paul is challenging us to use this list as the guide for my attention. The way we do this is to take the list of admirable, lovely, praiseworthy, excellent and ask yourself, are the thoughts I’m thinking about myself or others fitting this list? If not, begin to focus on those things. It will enhance your relationships so massively! QUESTIONS Do most of your thoughts line up with the list in Philippians 4:8? What can you do to start focusing on the good? CONFESSION I will choose to focus my thoughts and attention on what is lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy. I will be mindful of my thoughts.
