What a cracking year end! In the last 5 months we have delivered a new PT platform to our trainers and 5 new courses each crafted in partnership with some of the top fitness educators to ensure our trainers learn and get exposure to the best. We are helping trainers to become the best they can be while we give them the skills to become the trainer the industry needs as it evolves. We delivered a PureGym "powered by" series !!! Two courses from the great Chris Burgess and the team Lift The Bar who have brought fantastic content around getting set for success and accelerating your business as a Personal Trainer. With a desire to bring a consistent and confident wellbeing dialogue to our trainers we worked with the all inspiring Oli Patrick ,and his team Future Practice to create an industry unique, internal wellbeing education programme. Covering core topics from movement vs exercise, nourishment vs calories , sleep, stress, and mindset coaching, the course enables a common understanding of topics trending globally as key health concerns. Everything we do as trainers its key that we help our clients stick to the behaviours that will lead them to long term success so we enlisted Jason Jackson MSc, SENr who is writing his doctoral thesis in behaviour science to create a "coaching behaviour change" course which gives trainers a deep understanding of how to help and work with your clients on changing their behaviour for long term success on their wellness journey. And last week we launched a hugely unique partnership with Martin MacDonald and the industry leading Mac Nutrition University to deliver a Evidence Based Nutrition course for Personal Trainers to ensure trainers are getting best in class nutrition education. We have two more course coming in 24 🧐 as part of the "powered by series" ( and they are spectacular ) and one of the best trainer education journeys anywhere in the world.
