6 rounds of interviews. Who do you think you are? Tyson Fury? Companies, chill out 😅 Your recruitment process is inefficient if you think you need more than 3 rounds of interviews to understand if a candidate is right. Round 1 - Narrow down the best applicants Round 2 - Assess their skills and experience Round 3 - Evaluate if they are a good fit With an effective recruitment process... You could do it in 1 interview. But more than 3 and you need to give your head a wobble. It's a waste of a candidate's time. And your money! If it takes you 6 interviews to find a decent candidate. You need to outsource that sh*t fast. My DM's are open 😉
