Feeling the love today 💖 So thankful to be a part of such a supportive team that encourages me to be the best version of myself. When I first accepted this job as a Staffing Recruiter, I wasn't sure what to expect. Throughout my career as an internal recruiter I was told the grind wouldn't be for me, or I wouldn't like the fast pace because I wouldn't have an opportunity to connect with my candidates. Fast forward one year and I can honestly say, I'm the best Recruiter I've ever been. I use tools and sourcing methods that internal recruiting peers only talked about, but never put into practice. My candidates appreciate the time I take to understand their skill sets, explain the job, and pipeline them for future roles. And I just LOVE working across multiple industries! It also doesn't hurt that everchanging priorities (sometimes by the hour), compliments my ADHD and short attention span. *Oooo something new and shiny!!!* This goes to show you that just because someone thinks something is undesirable for THEM and makes a quick judgement about YOU, doesn't mean they are right or that you will feel the same way. Sometimes, you gotta see for yourself. I'm so happy I did. Cheers to One Year 🥂 Did you know we're hiring?? Join my team as a Staffing Manager or Recruiter and let's reach new heights TOGETHER! #appreciation #anniversary #werehiring Jan A. Davis 〰 Edwin Soriano 〰 Diane Catalan 〰 Luis Mendoza
We are so grateful to have you as a part of the SuperbTech, Team!!! Kudos to Kamber Lee on your 1st Anniversary!!! Well done!!!!

Good Things Guy | Writer | Radio Host | Keynote Speaker | Sometimes Funny Guy | Does Other Things Also | Etc
I am deeply grateful for all the heartfelt messages of congratulations regarding my “ 9 years” at Good Things Guy. However, it’s ridiculosuly funny how we can sometimes find ourselves in a loop of automated responses on LinkedIn. Example (and I am sure this is totally relatable): Person: “Congrats on your work anniversary” Me: “Thank you” Person: “You’re Welcome” Me: “Awesome” Person: “Nice” Me: “👍🏼” Person: “Okay” Me: “Okay” Person: “Thank you” Person: “You’re Welcome” Me: “Awesome” Person: “Nice” Me: “👍🏼” Person: “Okay” Me: “Okay” Person: “Thank you” You get the point. 😂🤣

The end of each year provides us with time to reflect on our team’s performance and contribution to a well-done year full of successes, challenges, and contribution to our organizations. Time past fast and in some of our industries, measuring performance on a monthly or quarterly basis, my help us forget or missed those ones that have done amazing around us. That is why it is worth performing a self-reflection to ensure all your boxes are covered on recognition: - Did you recognizing those that have impacted your overall organization performance? - Did you recognizing those behaviors that will support your organization mission and vision? - Did you thank those that helped with the successes of your organization? - Did you start meetings and conference calls recognizing successes and achievement from your team? - Did you thank your team for their contribution on specific goals, task, or challenges? I believe there is no limits to recognize and thank our people when they are doing an amazing job. I will fail if I put a quota on recognition when people deserved it. Each one of your employees expect acknowledgement of their hard work. Achieving goals could be a team effort, but recognition become valuable when it is done individually. Thank you all for your support and partnership this year, and for allow me to share some of my passions with all of you! Happy Holidays! Daniel Rodriguez

I went for an agendaless brunch with high-performing individuals. When we walked in, we had to choose a sticker and answer one of these questions: • What’s one question you have been thinking about lately? • I feel like an artist when.. • A quote I refer often is… You’d expect Type A individuals asking questions of fundraising, scaling and growth. It was surprising that we found people asking more fundamental questions: • How do we stay happy in our everyday lives? • Is our worth defined by our age? • How do you find guidance from a mentor or a coach? It reminds me of Sahil Bloom’s philosophy in the value of creating big rooms. Something intangible happens when you put diverse thinkers in one room. Very grateful to Rishi Gaurav Bhatnagar for putting this together! CC: Mitasha Singh Hema Vaidyanathan Nivedha Venkatesh

A few good folks showed up today for an agendaless brunch. What I always love is how much depth and breadth shows up everyone folks like them come together - from what is happiness for you, to ageism, to hiring, to mentorship, coaching, to how some cultures scale and everything in the middle. (And calling me out on my own half baked thoughts, love it!) There were references from Patanjali, to Naval Ravikant and so much more. Lots of questions, lot more answers. I’m so glad you made it and I’m excited to do more of these! Folks not in the picture: Saswati Mishra, Chitresh Parihar, Chinmayi Muthyala, Akhilesh Agarwal, Abhijit Jejurikar, Piyush Dhamane Thank you so much for coming 💙 More soon! #founders #innovators #brunchtime #ecosystem

What can open up a greater possibility?
Meet Patrick. Patrick is an ākonga of ours that we supported into mahi eight months ago. Patrick paid us a visit last week to proudly show us his new purchase, a Harley Davidson! We are so happy to celebrate his success and see the results of his efforts, his planning, dreams and vision. Patrick started out with a push bike to get to work, as you do what you do to get to your mahi, but with determination he has been able to purchase a Harley. Thank you for sharing your success with us Patrick. We are super proud! Ka rawe! May you always drive safely and proudly. Ngā mihi nu nui.

Thank you for the journey my dear friends This month, after 40 years in the Hi-Tech Industry and working for four of the largest companies in the world I’m officially retiring . I have no mix feelings, I was working for a long time to get to this day. This industry gave me everything I have, but I also gave back all I had : my commitment, my passion, my youth, the time of my family .. so I believe we are even, I don’t owe anything, nothing is owed to me. It’s time to focus my family in full. To the ones that ever met me, know that you touched my life in some way. I never take a person for granted. If there is one thing that I take with me after these 40 years, is the people I met all over the world. I hope to have had a positive impact on many of you, even knowing that I’m a though person, I always acted in good faith to protect my company, my teams and being fair. I tried to build my career on transparency and honesty but those principles are often not welcomed in highly political organizations. Never allow politics to silence you. I’m proof that you can succeed anyway. If I can pass on a legacy , it could be: never give up to your values, never surrender the right actions to the mediocrity of bureaucracy or to the criticism of others. You can succeed being you, respectfully of course. When you make a mistake, take responsibility, correct course and keep going. Corporate America needs people that can challenge the status quo to succeed. Be that people. I tell you: the day you go, you will face your own judgment. Better do things to be proud of yourself. In 40 years, I was able to drive a lot of innovation to our communities (as you can imagine). People like me, need to leave room for the new generation to deploy the next waves of innovation. I can’t even imagine what they will be able to witness and do in the next 20-30 years. I wish I could be here that long :-) A lot of the future challenges will need extremely courageous leaders. I trust most of the people I knew in my career are or can be those leaders. Be happy, be confident, be transparent, be yourself. You are the ONLY asset any company really has. Make it worth. See you around Gustavo

Building Clazar | Helping founders on their cloud marketplaces journey 🚀 | Leadership Hiring | Talent Lead
🌟 Insights from the Heart of Clazar 🎬 🌟 Talent lays the foundation of success for org. A Good Talent can either make or break things! Well whats the definition of Good Talent ? In my opinion ♦️ High Grit ♦️ Growth Mindset ♦️ Inclination towards delivering more than expected. These 3 things are a Killer Combo and take you to places! Reflecting on the past year when I got a ping from Aayush Bahuguna Lalit Aggarwal on joining Clazar as a First Hire in Talent. I felt I might be too junior to take up this responsibility but there was one thing which I knew, Clazar needs people heavy on execution!! AND I knew I can be good at it :) After spending 8000+ minutes on multiple conversations with an amazing team here. My learnings that could help you as well : ✅ Never Hesitate to ask for help! You cannot be master of everything. ✅ Be Humble and make sure to leave every conversation with a positive note. ✅ Under Commit , Over Perform ✅ Take High Ownership. It's fine to not know things, but its worse to not even giving an attempt ✅ This one comes from our CEO Trunal B. - No one in the world is short on Bandwidth. Its always about having a solution oriented mindset and getting things closed by removing the blockers. To my amazing team at Clazar : thank you 🙏 ❤️ . Your hard work, creativity, and relentless drive have propelled us forward, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to work alongside each of you. As we continue to chart our course forward, let's never forget the power of our team—the heart and soul of our success. Together, we are unstoppable. 🔥 Here's to us—the dreamers, the doers, the extraordinary team that makes it all possible. 🥂
