These, next to Andrea Barzagli, are Claudio and Stefano. When you work in Entertainment, the only thing that matters is people's satisfaction. For this reason, in almost all the activities I plan, I always put people at the center, their emotions, their desire to stand out and live unique experiences. This makes them identify with the brand and creates a unique bond. In this 5th appointment of "PlanetON", we brought Andrea Barzagli together with two users of Planetwin365 News and Operazione Nostalgia. We watched Italy vs Spain together, we challenged each other in a quiz for football fans only, we talked about this and that like old friends. An emotion so simple to experience, so complicated to explain. At this point I leave you with a question: Do emotions develop KPIs? My answer is obvious.
