Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Post

This summer, we're continuing our work to install a new signaling system on the G line, which will improve reliability on the line. Longtime New York City Transit employee Hugo Zamora has been appointed the "G Train Czar" and will be overseeing customer service. Hugo started his MTA career as a station cleaner and has quickly grown into other managerial roles at New York City Transit, serving as the central point of coordination for the subway over-night shutdowns during the height of COVID-19. How about no more limp wrist morons running things? Just had some dirtbag try to bully and intimidate me at 125th and Lex while I was waiting for the rest of my trackworker team for inpsection and this dark skinned guy thought he could pick on an Asian like myself. Do I need to start carry a firearm since you aren't keeping people safe?

The G train is the most infamous Train on YouTube. I’ve never taken it, but I know all about those weekend struggles

I draw pictures, electricians turn them into tunnels, train stations, power plants, and substations.

Congratulations Hugo! Will the project scope be affected by the loss of Congestion Pricing revenue?
