Matchboxology is the science and art of facilitating a conversation under a tree outside the HIV clinic in Dodoma, Tanzania. That's where our local facilitators lean in closer to ordinary people as we seek to learn deeply about the world they live in, the hard things they face and their perspectives on important challenges we hope to help them solve. We take what we hear in listening sessions like those under trees and distil a clearer vision of the real problems and the opportunities for exciting new solutions. Without rigorous empathy for people closest to the challenges, we can't help our clients on the journey to fielding more impactful solutions. https://matchboxology.com/

The recent 1-year extension of #PEPFAR falls short of what is needed to continue American leadership on the global effort to end AIDS worldwide by 2030. Politics has no place with PEPFAR. It has seen broad bipartisan support by 4 Presidents and 10 Congresses. PEPFAR has saved more than 25 million lives and enabled 5.5 million babies to be born free of HIV. We need to prioritize saving lives. We look forward to working with partners to secure a 5-year PEPFAR extension next March 2025.
