📉 Customer Satisfaction in the UK has the lowest recorded score since 2015 ⚠️ ℹ️ The UKCSI is the national barometer of customer satisfaction published twice a year by The Institute of Customer Service since 2008. 🔷 I had the pleasure of spending the day with the loveliest team at AIS Survivex, part of 3t Energy Group in Montrose today, delivering ‘Customer Service Excellence’ on behalf of the Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce. 🗣️ There were lots of great discussions and take-aways to improve Customer Service within the business and energy levels were super high throughout the day! 📉 The July 2023 UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) shows that Customer Satisfaction scores are the lowest that they have been in the past 8 years (since 2015) so it is great to see a business committing to elevating Customer Service levels across the entire business.
