Hi everyone!! Today I m happy to share that I have completed 6 months in EY. Joining Big 4 is one of the dream come true for me. I used to wonder how people work in Big 4 and what makes Big 4 different from others. Now, I understood it's valuable because it doesn't only teaches you how to work. It forces you to figure out how you can work things out. Highlighting some of my key takeaways : 1. Be curious - Curiosity is indeed a powerful trait to cultivate, and asking questions can lead to a deeper understanding of your work. 2 Be observant - Being observant and paying attention to details can make a big difference in your daily tasks. 3. Communication skills- Communication skills are crucial in any role, and being able to express yourself clearly is key. 4. Interpersonal skills - Interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration and teamwork. 5. Patience - Patience is a virtue, especially during challenging moments. I want to express my deepest gratitude to my incredible team led by Vishal Budhia Vivek Agarwal Rishi Acharya. Your support and cooperation has made this journey enjoyable.

2017 to 2023 - My journey in EY finally comes to an end! I have had the best times in this firm and have learnt a lot. EY has helped me grow both personally and professionally and shaped me into the person I’m today. I can proudly say that EY is like a 2nd home to me. However, it is time to start a new journey. I would like to share 10 things I learned in my first job working for a BIG 4: 1. Your experience is what you make of it. 2. Never hesitate to ask for help. 3. Communication is the key. 4. Learn to say “NO” when required. 5. Make sure you understand what you do. 6. Excel rocks!😆 7. Take ownership. 8. Socialise. 9. Make sure you build relationships that last a lifetime. 10.
