Today, we officially launched our digital marketplace on our Nordstrom app and nordstrom.com! We’re continuously looking for new ways to deliver on our purpose of helping customers feel good and look their best, and our marketplace does just that – enabling us to offer our customers a broader assortment of products across more occasions. From styling and alterations to fast and easy returns, shopping our new marketplace selection is a seamless experience. As with any Nordstrom purchase, customers can expect the same loyalty benefits, customer care support, and Nordstrom Notes they know and love. As we grow our selection, we’re also making improvements to our online shopping experience. Through personalized recommendations and thoughtful curation, our marketplace will make it easier for our customers to shop for their favorite brands and discover new ones we think they’ll enjoy too. Nordstrom shipped me an empty box instead of the $40 product that I ordered! They refuse to issue a replacement! Read the comments here and on instagram. Things like this keep happening to people. Everyone is receiving the same dismissive copy and pasted email.
