🚀 The verdict is in on what to expect for a recruiter's first-year billing. 🤔 While opinions varied across categories, I noticed that most of the people who voted for 20 million plus were seasoned recruiters with extensive industry experience. This could potentially mirror their own first-year journeys in recruitment. 💡 Achieving over 20 million in your first year as a recruiter would be great; however, let's not forget that desk dynamics and the company you choose are crucial determinants of your initial success.
