Biden-Harris 2024 Announces $25 Million Ad Buy, Including Historic Investment in African American and Hispanic Media
This weekend, Biden-Harris 2024 announced its third major ad buy of the 2024 election cycle, focused on President Biden’s economic agenda that is lowering costs for the middle class, creating good-paying jobs, and bringing back American manufacturing. These ads kick off a 16-week, $25 million advertising campaign that will reach key voters in battleground states. The buy includes both the largest and earliest media buy for a reelection campaign into constituency media ever, as well as the largest overall buy for a reelection campaign at this point in time ever, ensuring that President Biden’s message is heard throughout this year’s Republican primary.
Biden-Harris 2024 is placing advertising on television in the following markets: Arizona: Phoenix; Georgia: Atlanta; Michigan: Detroit, Grand Rapids; Nevada: Las Vegas; North Carolina; Raleigh, Charlotte; Pennsylvania: Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Wilkes-Barre-Scranton; Wisconsin: Milwaukee, Green Bay, and Madison. In addition, the buy will run a targeted track of advertising focused on Hispanic voters in Florida.
To some, it may look like an average milestone, but to us, it was an occasion to celebrate our hard work, memories, and experiences. As such, we invited everyone that was part of this absolutely beautiful and passionate journey.

I help leaders and teams foster the courage it takes to engage in, rather than evade, powerful conversations—even when those conversations are difficult.
I used a Points of You® tool called Punctum this week at a session I facilitated for the March of Dimes. The participants created their own picture album of a “leadership arena” (thanks Brené Brown!) they are committed to stepping into. Then they heard their colleagues’ perspectives on the images they had chosen—what else might be reflected in the images, seen through someone else’s eyes?
Every time I facilitate this activity, I’m struck again by the different ways we experience the world, how our different experiences and beliefs shape our personal realities—AND by how listening to other perspectives can unlock new meanings and reshape those realities.
We’re all on this journey trying to show up as our best selves. And we can all use a little perspective-broadening sometimes.
Here’s your challenge (should you choose to accept it!): Reach out to someone you KNOW has a different perspective than you on an issue you’re working through. REALLY listen to that perspective—even when your brain screams, “They’re wrong! Here’s what I need to say next. . .” Just practice listening, then thank them for sharing.
Maybe a new reality will emerge for you, like seeing those Punctum images in a whole new way. If it works for you, come back and share here!
