Hello, dear Network! In so intensive workload there was absolutely no space to share my gratitude to our national hockey team. We are Czechia 🇨🇿 and we are world champions, first time since 2010! This sport for all of us is much more than just sport - according to the statistics there were about 3.74 mil watches of the final match (our population is about 10,5 mil, keep in mind, almost nobody watched alone, but with family, friends, at big screens around the whole country). In total we broke the world record - there were over 797 000 fans watched the game at our amazing arenas in Prague and Ostrava. So, we can proudly say the whole country was a huge part of this golden medal🥇 During these 2 spectacular weeks everybody in our country skipped politics, social opinions and any kind of controversial debates - we were one common organism, called national team and supported our boys all together! What a really interesting point, there were a lot of haters of our head coach, mr. Radim Rulík, and his nomination for this tournament. He decided not to take into final squad great forwards from NHL, as Tomáš Nosek or Jakub Vrána. He did not take also the best defender of Czech league in 2024 - Jiří Ticháček. Before the tournament nobody believed we can bring this gold, but our team and our fans showed to the whole world - this year we are simply the best! The same thing we can apply to our recruitment and work life. You don’t need to be 100% match and top performer for the potential job opportunity you apply for - there are so many other important things, which are valuable - your team spirit, hard work and continuous improvement! All these points could be the main key of your success😉 In case you are interested in open roles within Carrier Czechia (Prague or Beroun) do not hesitate to apply through our official web, we are hiring to our IT, Financial teams, HR, Engineering, Logistics and many others 👍 #carrier #openroles #jobopportunities #recruitment #newroles #czechia #prague #beroun https://lnkd.in/eXrsxbfw

What if... Poland and the Netherlands Joined Forces? Last night, the Netherlands and Poland clashed on the field, with the Dutch edging out a 2-1 victory. But it got us thinking at Bartley... What if the best players from Poland teamed up with the best players from the Netherlands? Just imagine Lewandowski and Van Dijk on the same side, or Zieliński and De Jong orchestrating the midfield magic! Would this dream team be unstoppable? Could they bring home the European Championship trophy? 🏆🇵🇱🇳🇱 At Bartley, we believe in the power of collaboration and combining strengths. While we're all about helping Polish talent find their perfect match in the Netherlands, maybe it's time to extend that teamwork to the pitch! Whether it's in business or football, great things happen when we work together. 💪✨ Let's celebrate the talents of both nations and keep dreaming big! #BartleyRecruitment #TeamworkMakesTheDreamWork #EuropeanChampionship #FootballFantasy #Netherlands #Poland #BetterTogether #RecruitmentWithADifference

What can we learn from the Dutch soccer victory against Romania? Yesterday, the Dutch soccer team won against Romania with a 3-0 victory. Here in the Netherlands, we are passionate supporters of our national soccer team. Despite having talented players, there's always a question of whether they will win. For instance, we lost to Austria because we didn't play well as a team. In my opinion, the key to winning or losing lies in the talent of the team members, their positioning, the leadership they receive, and most importantly, how well they can play as a team. This concept mirrors the business world, where teamwork is even as essential. Strong teams within companies can accomplish great things and influence the company's success or failure. Therefore, it's essential to have the right team members and leaders in place, who work well together and are properly trained. Otherwise, as seen with the Dutch soccer team against Austria, failure is on the corner. The next game is coming up this Saturday against Turkey. I'm confident in our team's abilities and will continue to play my role as a dedicated supporter of the Netherlands 🧡 #teamwork

Many people ask me who will win the European Championship 2024.When i said 2018 and 2022 that Croatia is one of 3 top favorite teams, even my close friend was joking with me.Same as i said after first game of Marocco, that this team is hungry enough to win a 🏅first time in history of african football. Yesterday i saw Portugal vs Croatia. For me the 2 main candidates. Both teams, with arround 20 equal top players but still with a team menthality. The main reason why i choose this 2 nations, that both teams have also several game changer, who can decide a game even if the team dont perform. As third candidate i want to add Denmark.A team with the best physical stuff of all teams.A team with high running performance and team spirit. Also their corners and free kicks are on highest level. What is your opinion my community?

HR Pro I L&D Specialist I People & Culture Advocate I Empowering Talents I Delivering Business Values I Driving Organization Excellence
Did you watch the championship final between Madrid and Dortmund? You will realize that technical skills didn’t win it for Madrid but attitude—resilience, winning culture, and courageous value. Have you ever wondered why the most talented and first-class candidates failed? It all comes down to cognitive flexibility and adaptability in the face of a high-pressure environment. Cognitive flexibility is the ability to adapt strategies and maintain focus in any situation. At 70 minutes, Dortmund dominated the championship environment until Madrid found their balance, delivered a spectacular result, and won the game. They adapted and stuck together until they won. If you are reading this, I need you to be resilient and approach all situations with a champion mentality. Don’t give up easily until the game is over. My mama usually tells me, “Approach each day like it’s your last day, and don’t ever give up on anything until I achieve my goal.” With this mindset, I usually find a way to get things done and achieve my goal. It doesn't matter the situation you are in, find a way to win, get results, and be your very best." Congratulations to Real Madrid C.F. #iamfolavincent

No success comes without setbacks. I love the way Giannis Antetokounmpo talks about reaching goals without considering the traditional idea of failure... 👇 "Do you get a promotion every year, in your job? No, right? So every year you work is a failure — yes or no? No. Every year you work towards something, which is a goal. To get a promotion, to take care of your family, I don’t know. Provide a house for them, or take care of your parents? You work towards a goal. It’s not a failure; it’s steps to success. There’s always steps. Michael Jordan played 15 years. Won six championships. The other nine was a failure? That’s what you’re telling me?" . . . #leadershipdevelopment #failureislearning #goalsetting #nevergiveup
"THERE IS NO FAILURE IN SPORTS" 💪 Giannis Antetokounmpo delivers INSPIRING MESSAGE after Bucks exit!

How many of you watched the World Cup game Spain Vs. Sweden? Lots of lessons to learn in your job search process from that game. 🙂 The Swedish players are bigger and tougher. This is the first time the Spanish team made it this far in the World Cup Finals Those who watched the match know how tough it was to beat the Swedish defence. Since they had the height advantage they blocked all the crosses and corner kicks. Since they have longer legs they blocked all the shots Nothing seems to work for the Spanish Women's Team 🔥BUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE UP THEY KEPT TRYING TILL THE LAST 5 MINUTES.🔥 All you need is a small window. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take - Wayne Gretsky(One of the world's best ice hockey players) Their persistence and hardwork paid off. They shot a goal in the last 10 minutes. But Sweden equalized. SCORE 1-1🙂 Spain then used all the knowledge they got from the last 90 minutes and used their last corner kick and played to their strength They didn't give the Swedish team a chance to block the cross with the header Instead they used a kick which the Swedish team wasn'r prepared for. A kick they had practised a 100 times and is one of their key strengths. A shot from outside the D, perfectly positioned to beat the goal keeper Score 2-1. Game over. 🔥It doesn't matter how tall you are, what matters is your techncial skills and how you utilize it to help the team achieve it's goals 🙂🔥 They didn't repeat the same.mistakes. They learnt from it, improved on it Tried something different ❌️Repeating the same strategy and expecting different results is one of the basic mistakes we make in our job search.❌️ Have you figured out what mistakes you are making with your job search strategies? Soccer : how to take advantage of this unbreakable connection with people Yesterday we had Europe Cup Final as well as the Copa America Cup. I was experiencing the Europe Cup in Spain and I realised something that we can take advantage of. Yesterday after the match there was a huge party in every city in the Spain. Tourists and Locals were drinking , cheering , celebrating together, they couldn’t talk to each other but they saw they are fans of Spain so they grouped together and drink till 3 am. This is a such a great example for you. What I mean by that ? It’s not about soccer or which team do you support. It is about creating this type of customers / community. Your product / service should create this type of emotions. I haven’t studied this completely but when you can create this connection with people you WILL stand out of 99% of your competitors. This is fact, period, think about it. I’m going to study it deeply and try to find points that could create this effect. Write down in the comments your thoughts about it.

Winter sports are a popular pastime in Europe’s Alpine region. According to the annual report by the consulting group Laurent Vanat, 35 percent of Swiss nationals and 34 percent of Austrians are skiers. The participation rate is even higher among Liechtenstein residents, but due to the country's comparatively small population size, the country is not included on this chart. Scandinavians are also keen skiers, with an estimated 23 percent of Finns and 22 percent of Norwegians enjoying the sport. Source: https://lnkd.in/eAqy2Qkt #Alps #WinterSports
