I intend to "shoot down" all external noise channels this summer and stay present for the next 4-5 weeks with much slow thinking and awareness. Everyone needs this, but most need to remember it. They move into vacation mode with their families and friends with no peace of mind, as is their typical daily condition at work. I think that spells "insane". Remember that life was not meant to be a struggle. Instead, "take the path of least resistance, " relax, and stay present. It is what it is (flowisness.com); the trick is to stay aware and create "a higher consciousness living," which is the only way to happiness. Have a great summer, all. What's in your bubble 🫧 There are two types of bubbles in one's life. The first is ➡️ You have full control over this bubble, the second bubble is ➡️ Things going on around you and in the world 🌎 You have absolutely no control over. Your bubble are the boundaries you create for yourself (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) Controlling what's inside your bubble is how you obtain true happiness, set goals and succeed in life. This concept is used in all aspects of self evolving, from your home to work life. Remember ‼️ You are in control of your bubble! Don't stress over the things you can't control.

Happiness is very interesting because we all have different ideas about what it is and how to attain it. It doesn’t happen by chance–it happens by choice. It’s a skill that anyone can develop with the right habits. When life doesn’t go as planned or things fall apart, so does our happiness. Don’t leave it to chance. Choose to claim it. Live the life you deserve to live.

Do you carry your happy around with you? “Many lives are disrupted by tragic accidents, and even the most fortunate are subjected to stresses of various kinds. Yet such blows do not necessarily diminish happiness. It is how people respond to stress that determines whether they will profit from misfortune or be miserable… I shall argue that the primary reason it is so difficult to achieve happiness centers on the fact that, contrary to the myths mankind has developed to reassure itself, the universe was not created to answer our needs… Frustration is deeply woven into the fabric of life. And whenever some of our needs are temporarily met, we immediately start wishing for more. This chronic dissatisfaction is the second obstacle that stands in the way of contentment… Only direct control of experience, the ability to derive moment-by-moment enjoyment from everything we do, can overcome the obstacles to fulfillment.” — “Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience” by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

3 Keys to Unlock the Secret to Happiness! In our fast-paced world, finding balance and joy can feel difficult. Research has discovered that happiness often comes down to three essential elements: -Something to Do: You must have a purpose to your life and it MUST serve others in some capacity. -Someone to Love: This can be a partner, friend, sibling, parent or even a pet. -Something to Believe In: Something to believe in that is bigger than yourself. This could be religion, faith, but it could also be in a philosophy or value. Making a conscious effort to embrace these principles will bring you happiness! #happiness #mentalhealth

Wanna know the secret to being free? It’s something almost everyone I work with comes to realise. When they do, you can even see the physical transformation: They sit up taller. They smile more. Their shoulders return to a normal angle. Their eyes well up a bit. They talk with more energy and wonder. You see, we’re all told the secret to happiness is “living in the moment”. What that means in reality, is letting go of the past and to stop constantly worrying about the future. Also to become unattached to a given outcome, and to approach each day and challenge with a sense of curiosity and excitement. Suddenly your free from the traumas of the past, and the burden of future expectations. You can relax, knowing you’re already exactly who you need to be. And then, you become the master of where you put whatever energy you have. When you can truly put all your energy to use in the moment, and ONLY in the moment, well… only good things can come of it. If you’d like some help to feel free and relaxed and to be more present, send me a DM and we’ll start a conversation.

Stop trying to feel happy 😄!!! Our self-help, keeping up with others culture tricks us into thinking happiness is always attainable and that sadness and anger are bad emotions. But humans evolved to survive, not to be happy. We were not built existing in an eternal altered state of happiness. If you’re going through a challenging moment or don’t feel joy each minute of the day, that is normal. Every emotion has purpose. Instead of trying to avoid certain emotions, learn to process them, read them and then name them. The more you understand your emotions the more you will understand yourself and your life. You’re human. Be human. experience the gamut.
