To reduce our environmental impact at the LEGO Group, we have introduced a new, shared annual KPI linked to our bonus, which sets an emissions reduction target across our factories, stores and offices. Here are the details:
We have an ambitious target to reduce our emissions by 37% by 2032 and achieve net zero by 2050. 💪 To help keep us on track, from 2024, a percentage of our performance management programme for colleague bonuses will be tied to annual emissions as we take steps to reduce environmental impact across all areas of our business. 📈 Find out more about our targets and how everyone is playing their part → https://lnkd.in/eUi4ECfd #Sustainability #JustImagine #BehindTheBricks
Boa noite meu filho ganhou de aniversário um lego Creator 3 em 1 Jato e veio faltando uma asa estou tentando falar na lego para pedir a peça mais não estou conseguindo falar.
Great way to encourage ownership of sustainability across the entire org. It becomes a “how do I make an impact” vs “how do they make an impact.”
love lego

1moNiels B. Christiansen - great 💪🏼 When will those KPIs cover your scope 3 emissions too? 😉 Seems like the current KPI only covers just around 1% of your annual emissions (scope 1,2,3): “In 2022, only 1% of the LEGO Group total GHG emissions were associated with operating LEGO factories, offices, stores and vehicles” “The KPI measures carbon from our operations (scope 1 and 2 emissions) and one scope 3 emission category (business travel)”
