Most firms don't have a people strategy.... Or do they? 🤔 I recently ran a poll asking firm owners if they have a people strategy, and 100% of the respondents said they do! Now here is why I don't believe it. It's either the firm owners that responded have attended one of my recent workshops on Building a people strategy, or I got the 5% of the industry that do, respond. Building a people strategy is critical.
