Dalton joined ADP in 2019. “When Covid shut the world down,” he says, “I was offered a position with a competitor to be ‘immediately considered’ for management. About a month into the job, I realized what a HUGE mistake I had made.”
Dalton rejoined ADP in 2022 and says, “Although being promised a management role was a draw away from ADP, no company that I have worked with (or interviewed with for that matter) has come close to the sort of incentives, benefits, and experiences that ADP offers. It’s easy to quickly forget about all the various benefits that we get as ADP employees until they’re suddenly not offered. The financial stability of ADP and the resiliency of the business in the face of everything our economy has seen in the past 2-3 years is something that I never put much weight into until recently.”
“Culture and financial opportunities aside – and there are A LOT of financial opportunities,” he says, “our company provides so many opportunities for growth and a culture that truly values the holistic wellness of employees. About six months ago, my wife was hospitalized with a mini-stroke and knowing that nobody would bat an eye at my absence during that time is truly a quality that many companies claim to have, but few possess.”
