With economic growth as Labour's central mission, Rachel Reeves should ask her officials to re-examine Rushi Sunak's now discredited forecasts on the impact of tax-free shopping. She will be in fir a nice surprise. A unique, new £10bn tourism market across all the UK created by including EU visitors, generating £4bn in additional tax revenues every year. Surely that's worth a quick review of the forecasts?
