CEO at Jack Jaffa and Associates | In NYC the city of dreams, ensuring your CRE compliance doesn’t become a nightmare
Not going to lie; the new garbage trucks definitely look cool, and as per ERIC ADAMS seem to be really helping to combat the rat problem in NYC. As a reminder: Last August - All food businesses had to start using these new contained trash bins. March 1st - ALL businesses will be subject to these container requirements Later this fall - these container requirements go into effect for low-denisty residential buildings, i.e., those with up to 9 units. The goal is that by fall 70% of all NYC trash will containerized. What do you think? #trashgoals or #trashohno? https://lnkd.in/eHVmCtZt

Making Contract Killers Better | Pest Control Wizard | General Aura of Badassery | Urban Pest Control Consultant | Bugging People Since 2011
Bagging trash and putting it in the path of rodents is providing them with an unlimited buffet. Putting that trash in a solid, sealed container makes them work harder and expend more energy to get to their food. It can help in reducing their populations. #pestcontrol #rodentcontrol #urbanpestconsulting
Sanitation is hard, you can never eliminate ALL the food sources pests can feed on. You can reduce it and make it harder to get to. Want better inspection tools? (Hint: we can help with that!) #pestcontrol #rodentcontrol #urbanpestconsulting https://lnkd.in/g3zq4cNc

It takes time to properly clean drainage systems to comply with the sanitation requirements in the USDA Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures Handbook. In processing facilities, time is money. The harder it is to clean a drainage system, the more it will cost. Companies that choose an easy-to-clean drainage system save time and money. Not sure if an easy to clean drainage system is worth the switch? Let’s compare the cost of cleaning a grated trench drain system versus a FoodSafe Drains.
