The next stop on the "New Orleans Saints High School Off-Season Workout" series was in Foley, AL at Foley High School, home of the Lions. The team was thrilled to see the Saints Youth Football Development team travel from New Orleans for a morning workout session. The players went through various static and dynamic stretches before moving on to agility stations and being tested on their 40-Yard Dash and Pro Shuttle. After completing the measurable tests, the players split into position groups where they could display their skills/timing through a tailored positional drill. It's still early in the off-season, but the Lions are aiming for success this fall.
