Remember when Chrishell rang the sales bell so hard so that she broke it!?!? Now that is someone properly celebrating a sales win! For those of you who have no idea what I am talking about, Chrishell is one of the Real Estate Agents selling very “affordable” properties on the hit Netflix reality TV show “Selling Sunset” 🏡💼 Whilst this is predominantly in the name of entertainment, having a sales bell is a real thing! In fact, we used to have a sales bell when I was working as a sales leader, and we loved it! Every time a deal was closed, the sales rep would ring the bell at the office. Admittedly, it wasn’t as big as the bell at the Oppenheim Group, but it still made a mighty sound through the office, indicating to everyone in earshot that we had closed another deal. As we rang the bell, we could hear distant cheers from the other departments celebrating in the victory and joining in the fun! It's not just a bell; it's a symbol of triumph, hard work paying off, and goals being met. 🎉 So, why should we bring this spirit into our own professional lives? 1️⃣ Acknowledge Achievements: Celebrating your successes is about recognising your hard work and dedication. It's a reminder of the milestones you've conquered on your journey. 2️⃣ Team Morale Boost: The joy of one is the joy of all!
