There are many really good reasons to get kick-off your new custom home or reno in 2024, but here is my Top 3; 1. Predictability- Construction costs have settled to a new norm. This makes it easier to predict the cost of your works with greater certainty. With proper planning, price shock and mass budget blowout can be avoided. 2. Timing- It's now. It's soon. We're you thinking, talking, dreaming of a new build or reno at the start of 2023, 2022? Maybe even 2020 or earlier. A new year brings new opportunities. A fresh start. A time to take action and make it happen. Make it 2024. 3. Support- It can all feel too stressful and too hard. But you don't need to go it alone. I can be with you every step of the way. 2024 will see the launch of a range of Home Build Mentoring that can more people keep in control and actually enjoy the process of building or renovating their homes.
