Career Impact: Jennifer's career at has been remarkable. She started as a 3rd shift operator and climbed the ladder, becoming a Department Lead, Shift Supervisor, and more. Jennifer excelled in roles like Microbiology and Sterility Assurance, where she improved product quality. Recently, she achieved the role of Production Manager, making history as the first female and the first person to transition from Operator to Manager. 💪 5.
