Neptune #Philadelphia Service Manager Bill Rafferty presented a donation check to Samantha Babe for the Harry’s Hands To Help & Heal Foundation, a local non-profit that helps survivors of suicide cope with their tragedy, providing counseling, and emotional and financial support. The organization was established by Samantha and her mother, Jennifer Babe, in memory of their late father and husband, Harry Babe. Neptune is proud to have contributed since its founding three years ago.
