We recently dedicated several days for an important initiative aimed at enhancing team dynamics – our Team Cohesion Days.   Hosted at both our US and NL headquarters, our Team Cohesion Days represent our firm belief that innovation thrives in an environment where trust flows freely, differences are navigated with respect, and every team member feels valued and heard. Through a series of workshops, collaborative exercises, and open discussions, we delved into the essence of what makes a team not just function, but flourish. WE CARE…about our employees’ safety Safety is a top priority at Neogene, which is why we recently held a successful and fun communication exercise, organized and led by our dedicated Prevention Officer. Neogene invited other companies in our multi-tenant building to join, aiming to empower emergency responders with proficient walkie talkie skills. By actively engaging in this exercise, our team members enhanced their ability to organize a safe and fast evacuation of the building in case of emergency, ultimately fostering a safer environment for everyone within our premises. Ensuring the safety of both employees and visitors during an emergency is a great example of how we live our company’s cohesive value – as we are always looking out for each other.
