Still one of my favorite two minutes on leadership. Winning has a price. And leadership has a price. Whether it’s sports or business (small, medium, or large) there is a tremendous amount of sacrifice being made that most people do not see. This has been a noticeably challenging year for business owners. This is not isolated to one size or industry, either. As the 🐐says, you try to pull people along when they don’t want to be pulled. It’s rare someone looks to the leader and asks if you’re ok. Know you are not alone and you are seen.
