This week, Amir Rasekh, joined a panel on the DigiAds stage MAD//FEST focused on the evolution of Retail Media. At Nectar360, we believe that collaboration across the UK Retail Media industry will enhance the standards and performance of retail media for brands. So, it was great to see four leading retail media networks take to the stage together (a first, we think!), and have a great discussion on what this all means. We think four key elements underpin taking Retail Media to the Next Level: 🚀Retail Media must be additive to the customer experience. Everything must start and end with the customer in mind. 🚀Multi-channel/integrated Retail Media campaigns (in-store, onsite & offsite) are a must! Connecting customers with their favourite brands at the right time and ultimately shifting the dial on brand metrics and returns for clients. 🚀Work hard to remove complexity, add flexibility, and have a laser focus on ‘ease of use’ for clients. 🚀People really count – client service to brands is king!  A massive thank you to Paul Frampton-Calero ⚡️, tash whitmey, Ollie Shayer and Ben O'Mahoney!
