Thank you April Goess, MPS for sitting down with me (and Pam Sherman) for a #ShermsTake5 interview! April is the Managing Director of the The Culinary Institute of America's San Antonio campus, where she was gracious enough to show us around. During the interview, she revealed to us that because her passion for cooking started when she was only three, her grandparents actually bought her a copy of "The Professional Chef," complete with CIA admissions materials, and gave it to her while she was still in elementary school. Her life really has come full circle after attending, and now working at, the Institute. Watch our interview to learn more about April and to get an inside look inside the CIA.
