Do I dare disagree with the great Karl Stefanovic? Ajust was on TV again this morning. The Today segment was about the rising complaints we're seeing on our platform. Karl's analysis: we've "turned into a nation of whingebags". Now I respect Karl - solid TV presenter, decent figure skater - but I can't agree with this take. Most complaints are not whinging. Wanting to get heard as a consumer is not whinging. In fact, Ajust aims to be an anti-whinging platform. Most people don't have the time, energy or disposition to be "whingebags". So when something goes wrong with a business, plenty of consumers feel like there's nothing much they can do and they move on. We're probably more a nation of stoic consumers than whingebags. But Ajust offers an alternative - an easy way to engage with a business and reach a practical resolution. Zero whinging and minimal time required. So rising complaints on our platform does NOT mean more whinging. It means more people saving time. More people getting heard. More practical outcomes. And stronger relationships between consumers and businesses. (And, sure, maybe just a little bit more whinging at the margins.)
