By reading and analyzing the updated international Internal Audit standards adopted by the Institute of Internal Auditors, which will be effective at the beginning of next year, I am sharing in this post my major highlights and initial thoughts as far as I observed and analyzed: - Strengthen the Internal Audit profession. - More clarity and independence. - More interaction with the Board of Directors, stakeholders, and decision-makers. - Add value consulting and working as a trusted advisor seem to be mandatory rather than optional requirements. - Emphasis on the importance of continuing Professional development, training-related matters, and soft skills. after 22 months of waiting to get a proof of 24 month audit experience

Today I want to share my accomplishment regarding Internal Auditor Practitioner. This is my beginning in the Internal Audit path.
