Career : Chapter 2 Change is scary, and after 10 years, truly petrifying. Yet with this change somehow I now feel like I've always belonged and it was just long due. Feels more like homecoming. I'm now at the mothership. I've joined Apple.

Anchor (now a Spotify Podcasts) built an “Easy button” to distribute podcasts to Apple Podcasts. How? Interns. It was Interns behind the “easy button” going through manual process on behalf of the customer. It’s easy to scoff at the very idea or reduce it to a joke. However what this allowed was to find out if people cared for the luxury of easy upload. Sounds banal, but the very notion of “Do Things That Don’t scale” is to learn. Learn quick, so you don’t waste time trying to scale the wrong thing.
