FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - June 14, 2024 / WhiteHouse Talking Points - NEW AD: On Flag Day, Biden-Harris 2024 Launches New Ad Highlighting President Biden’s Fight for Patriotism, Democracy Today, on Flag Day, Biden-Harris 2024 is launching a new ad, “Our Flag,” underscoring President Biden’s commitment to democracy and American values. The American flag is a symbol of our enduring democracy, freedom, and unity that has withstood the test of time, even as Donald Trump, a convicted felon, called to terminate the Constitution and threatens to rip away Americans’ freedoms if he’s reelected president. The spot will air on Flag Day during local news and MLB games on regional sports networks in our battleground states, such as NBC Sports Philadelphia. It will continue to run over the weekend during programming drawing large audiences, including the NHL Stanley Cup Final and CBS News Sunday Morning. In addition, a separate 30-second spot, “This Flag,” will launch in tandem and run throughout the weekend on TV and digital platforms. As the ad notes, Joe Biden believes that the American people do not pledge allegiance to red states or blue states, but to the United States. This message of unity and freedom is especially critical as America heads into an election with Donald Trump on the ballot – a convicted felon who only cares about himself and is running a campaign of revenge and retribution. The following is a statement from Biden-Harris 2024 Campaign Manager Julie Chavez Rodriguez: “President Biden ran to restore the soul of America and to promote the ideals that our flag represents and that our country was founded upon — ideals like freedom, unity, and dignity. Unlike Donald Trump, who spent his entire presidency pitting Americans against each other under a false sense of patriotism. This ad reminds us of those ideals, and reminds us that while we’ve never fully lived up to them, we’ve never stopped fighting for a more perfect union. But Trump poses a danger to those ideals and our democratic way of life. He threatens to be a dictator on day one. He is a draft dodger who mocked war heroes as ‘suckers’ and ‘losers,’ encouraged a violent insurrection, and called to terminate the Constitution – and he belongs nowhere near the Oval Office.” WATCH “OUR FLAG” HERE NARRATOR: For 250 years the flag has been a symbol of pride. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - July 3, 2024 - MUST LISTEN: Team Biden-Harris Launches NEW Radio Ad Slamming Donald Trump’s Racist “Black Jobs” Rant Today, Biden-Harris 2024 is launching a new radio ad “Not for Us,” slamming Donald Job Trump’s racist “Black jobs” rant during the most viral moment of the debate when he said that immigrants are “taking Black jobs.” The 60-second spot opens with Donald Trump’s own words, “They’re taking your Black jobs,” and goes on to portray a dialogue between two Black voters discussing what exactly IS a Black job? Since we all know Trump didn’t mean doctors, lawyers, teachers, entrepreneurs, CEO’s, Supreme Court Justices, President or Vice President, the voters try to untangle what Donald Trump was referring to in his most recent attempts at pitting two minority groups against each other and stoking fear. This ad also underscores the promises made and kept by President Biden and Vice President Harris that support Black America, resulting in historic economic progress for Black communities including the creation of millions of new jobs, the booming number of Black-owned small businesses and record low Black unemployment. The condensed 30-second version closes with the most important “Black job” of all: “Making sure the guy that said ‘Black jobs’ - never becomes president again.” This ad buy is a part of Team Biden-Harris 2024’s push to ramp up investments to reach the voters who will decide this election. “Not for Us” will air beginning Friday, June 5 in local markets including Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Michigan beginning next week during shows such as: the Breakfast Club, Steve Harvey, DL Hughley, Rickey Smiley, Keith Sweat, Morning Hustle and more. The 30 second version of the ad will run nationally on American Urban Radio Network, and select Reach Media programming. The following is a statement from Biden-Harris 2024 Co-Chair former Congressman Cedric Richmond: “Donald Trump thinks so little of Black people that he can’t help but to keep saying the quiet part out loud: He thinks only certain jobs are ‘Black jobs.’ It’s why he launched his real estate career getting sued for not renting to Black people and launched his political career attacking Barack Obama, the first Black president. It’s why he attacked and insulted Congressmen John Lewis and Elijah Cummings, civil rights heroes. In his mind, leading this country is not a ‘Black job.’ To him, my job as a United States congressman or senior advisor to the President of the United States is not a ‘Black job. “He’s wrong – and Black America isn’t going to stop letting him hear about it. Trump has shown us who he is again and again and again, and Black voters are already – loudly – rejecting his racism. We’ll do the same at the ballot box this November. ###

Biden-Harris 2024 Launches New TV Ad on African American Media Across Key Battlegrounds New testimonial ad highlights how President Biden and Vice President Harris are investing in communities “that are usually last on the list to receive any type of funding” Today, as part of our historic investment in African American media, Team Biden-Harris is launching a new ad, “List,” focused on how President Biden and Vice President Harris are prioritizing investments in communities that are too often left behind. The spot features Darren Riley, a small business owner and entrepreneur from Detroit, Michigan, who highlights how President Biden’s agenda has made a real difference in communities like his. In “List,” Darren shares how he always felt like his community would be the last to receive any funding, but now President Biden and Vice President Harris’ policies, like the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act, are helping everyday people. “List” will run on programming that over-indexes among African American audiences in the Detroit, MI, Philadelphia, PA, and Milwaukee, WI markets and on targeted digital in MI, WI, PA.
