Nothing moves at the center 2) you have to move. Don’t stay too long . Power is static, leadership circulates 3) understand the thin line between compromise or being compromised. Make sure you stay in line with your values. More about these points in the speech 🎤

Leaders create power. Power cannot create leaders. Authenticity is about your true self, and being honest and genuine irrespective of your surroundings. It is never about what others want us to be, and it is always about how we can positively impact others while taking our thoughts and actions progressively beyond our boundaries. Trust can never be passed because it can only be earned, and it takes time to build it.
