Lean in, gentlemen. As the tides of change surge with movements such as #metoo, a troubling pattern emerges - men retracting from roles of allyship and sponsorship for women. We need to shift this narrative. Imagine your daughters, nieces, or friends' children navigating a world of continued inequities. Unsettling? Absolutely. That's why I've crafted a concise, enlightening guide - a blueprint, if you will, illuminating how we, the men, can elevate women on their climb up the corporate ladder. Let's not just stand by. Let's be the leverage, the stepping stone, the catalyst for their success. We owe it to our daughters, nieces, and the generations of women that follow, to start this vital work today. A call to action for all men; let's lift as we climb. Be part of the solution. Let me know your thoughts below.
