💠 💠 xQlaim B.V. official launch! 💠 💠   Loaded with great memories and experiences, I am pleased to announce the launch of xQlaim B.V. ✨ xQlaim is a consultancy company supporting innovative MedTechs (start-ups, scale-ups or larger corporate) define their products & services strategy using Medical Device Claim Management as a thread line throughout the innovation process. Healthcare innovation is almost never easy, due to its complexity in a highly regulated environment. For any company, getting it first-time-right (or as close as possible), is known to save time, money and effort. My learning for the last 18+ years in corporate R&D, is that Claim Management is key to the innovation success:  ➡  It helps define the innovation strategy at an early stage: from market needs, positioning against competitors, business viability, technology requirements. ➡  It helps anticipate, as early as possible, feasibility, timelines and costs, in the very complex environment of regulated medical devices. ➡  It is key to market a product. ➡  It is a requirement for medical device certification (FDA and EU-MDR). At xQlaim B.V., we would like to guide and support healthcare innovating companies who need it, to solve one or more of the following key identified challenges: ✨ Get a strong understanding of user and customer needs ✨ Define a competitive positioning in the market to solve these ✨ Select meaningful and realistic medical product claims and their Roadmap to achieve it ✨ Advise on (clinical) evidence creation strategy. ✨ Support the documentation of the claims for regulatory compliance.
