It's an honour to stand among the shortlisted, recognized not just in one, but in two distinguished categories: Independent Firm of the Year and Niche Firm of the Year. 🏆 While the excitement is undeniable, today's wisdom revolves around the journey rather than the destination. Being shortlisted alongside some truly fantastic peers is a win in itself. It's a testament to the hard work, dedication, and unique approach we bring to the table every day. 🌱 Winning would be the cherry on top, but it's the inclusion that truly warms our hearts. It reaffirms that what we're doing resonates within our industry and, more importantly, provides value to those we serve. Determining the visual design of a Strategic Plan is important for an organization, and that was my latter stage work for our 2023-2026 Strategic Plan. Our Board had a great vision of how they hoped their Plan could be presented: with a fluidity of design, representing how the goals interweave; with colour and icon distinctions to easily identify each goal and its objectives; and with a move away from a numeric identification of goals, using instead key words to signal the equal importance of each goal in the Plan. This Plan will guide the work of the B.C. Principals' & Vice-Principals' Association over the next three years, and we are excited to be underway! https://bit.ly/BCP_SP2326
