It is Texas Recycles Day (and America's too). This year, the State of Texas Alliance for Recycling (STAR) is focusing on food waste, which is one of the biggest problems for recycling. Putting food in a recycling cart can ruin your other recycling and make it un-recyclable. As Texans prepare for family gatherings and big holiday meals, we remind them that food waste doesn't belong in the recycling bin. Spread the word. #wheresustainabilitybegins #greenindustry #texasrecycles
