Cheers! 🍷 Team Achieve has officially completed a big program alongside our clients and it’s time to celebrate! If you have been following along our adventures, you know we were extra busy hosting tons of kids activities. Olympics…movie nights…ice cream parties…Jiu Jitsu lessons..all the fun. And in the distance, we were also helping our clients pamper, and create some romantic moments for their award winners (ya know, cuz the kids were all taken care of). It required a lot of partners to make this all happen, and we are especially grateful to Wine Unify and DLynn Proctor for joining us. They made the “adult date nights” extra special with some wine education. Here is bit about why we love this organization: Wine Unify was founded on the belief that education is the cornerstone to progress in any field. But as we know - many ethnic and racial minorities experience significant barriers to entry - financial, mentorship or just a general feeling of exclusion. So Wine Unify works to change that by fostering wine education for underrepresented minority groups and amplifying the voices of the people of color who are already thriving within the wine industry. Plus, they lead incredibly engaging wine tastings that sure made our client’s date nights a huge success. Friends - if you plan events and want to level up your beverage experience, make sure to check out Wine Unify. 💫 Achieve Incentives & Meetings

Quality isn't just a goal; it's the backbone of consumer trust and experience. 🏆 Maintaining exceptional quality is paramount in a world where consumer goods are not just products but part of the everyday lives of millions. That's why it's so inspiring to see #TeamUSA's Riddhi Patel, Sergio Rojas, Brian Moren, PMP, Luca Bertolini, and Enrico Marzinotto achieve remarkable standards in managing quality at the Andersson factory. With over 15 years in the consumer goods and electronics industry, I've witnessed firsthand the impact that dedicated teams can have on the end-to-end customer experience. Quality management is more than just a checkpoint; it's a comprehensive approach to ensuring every product leaves the factory floor, a testament to the brand's commitment to excellence. The success of #TeamUSA demonstrates how cross-functional collaboration and a relentless focus on quality can lead to outstanding results. Their achievement is a win for the Andersson factory and every consumer interacting with their products. How does your organisation ensure the highest quality standards? What strategies have you found most effective in fostering a culture of excellence? Let's celebrate the achievements of those who set the bar high and share insights to help elevate the consumer experience. If you find this inspiring or have thoughts to share, please like, comment, or repost this to spread the word. #Quality #ConsumerGoods #Excellence
Picture it: A raised platform, hundreds of teammates in attendance – including U.S. Senator Graham – and an open mic. The stage was set for Anderson refrigeration factory employee Genese Baker, and she did not disappoint. Genese’s performance of our national anthem at a recent rally event was a reminder of how our appliances are built with American pride. Mom with an MBA | Online Business Owner | Sales Expert | Leadership Developer | Leadership Mentor | Wine Educator | Pharma Sales
"The way up to the top of the mountain is always longer than you think." - Paulo Coelho Today, I began my day by going through last year’s professional goals to see how I measured up in the hopes that it would help me set this year’s goals. While I didn’t meet all the goals I set for myself, I thought I’d publicly share them - not only for accountability but also in the hopes that it might encourage others who didn’t quite make it to the top of their 2023 mountain top. 2023 Goal: Promote to Senior Director by year’s end. Reality. I failed to meet this goal for the second year in a row. This is a huge disappointment, but I will continue to put my head down and focus on growing and building my wine business. 2023 Goal: Increase overall team sales by 20%. Reality: Overall sales increased by 14%. 2023: -$250,000 in personal wine sales. Reality: I ended 2023 with personal sales of $255,377.94. BOOM! 2023 Goal: Personally coach and mentor 10 new business partners. Reality: I have coached 12 new business partners in the launch of their e-commerce wine businesses. 2023 Goal: Qualify for the company’s incentive trip to Cabo, Mexico. Reality: I was one of only 25 consultants who qualified for the incentive trip (I’m leaving in a few weeks). I am proud to share I have earned every company incentive trip offered. 2023 Goal: Complete my WSET Level 2 Award in Wine. Reality: Scored a 100% on my WSET 1 but failed to commit to the WSET 2 course. 2023 Goal: Read 10 professional books focusing on both wine and leadership. Reality: Read 8 professional books. I know I can do better. 2023 Goal: Increase professional donations. Reality: For the 5th year in a row, my wine business helped support the ALS Association Tennessee Chapter. I was also able to make donations to the Boys and Girls Club of Chattanooga and the MaryEllen Locher Breast Center, along with school and community fundraisers. 2023 Goal: Commit to weekly wine education videos. Reality: I posted 52 #winewednesday videos last year and surpassed 140 weekly wine education videos in a row. While I’m disappointed in myself for not achieving the promotion I was aiming for, I am proud of what I was able to accomplish. The goal I’m most proud of is that I continue to prioritize being wife and mom above everything else. Today is the start of a new year and I’m sitting here establishing new goals. A new mountain to climb. I will, again, share these goals with my family and my team. And, I will continue to surround myself with people who believe in me and support me every step of the way. Cheers to climbing new mountains in 2024. #smellthecork #winebusiness #sidehustle #scoutandcellar #leadership #goals
