Growth is scary. It's exciting, don't get me wrong, and I'm so fortunate and blessed to see WORTHI grow the way it is, but I'd be lying if I said it was easy. With every exciting new business win that allows us to hire more incredibly talented people, I freak TF out inside because now I take responsibility for their livelihoods. Our business is super healthy and strong and all the numbers say YES, but that doesn't take away from the fact that it's still terrifying to grow. I've started to force myself to get comfortable with the uncomfortable, mostly as a survival tactic because I spend so much time in discomfort that if I chose to do anything else I'd likely never sleep. I've also tried to trust the process more, and make good decisions after good decisions, and surrender to the fact that I'm doing exactly what I'm supposed to be doing... I'm a work in progress y'all 😂
We were discussing this in our last call. I think what you’re building is the agency of the future. We need more men like you pulling the veneer off of growing an agency or a business in general. I’m here for it and can’t wait to find something to collab on in the future
This all just boils down to you being a fantastic leader who cares! It's scary to bring a dream to life— and then keep it alive. I hope you can eventually reframe "needing to make all the right decisions" to "trusting myself to make the best decisions I can and navigating whatever comes afterwards". The anxiety is fine— it's a feeling telling you, you care 🫶🏾
Myles Worthington Thank you so much for writing this. It's how I've been feeling lately. Your post also reminds me of this term, "Upper Limit Problem." https://www.cbtnews.com/how-to-identify-and-fix-the-upper-limit-problem-gay-hendricks-hendricks-institute/#
You've got the goods and the village to support them Myles Worthington! I'm not worried about you at all - and not for nothing people who have such a keen sense of their responsibility tend to make out better than those who take success for granted!
Trusting the process is the only way I’ve kept my sanity on my journey into the uncomfortable. So with you on this 🧡
I’m snapping in agreement!! And I love that you are sharing here to destigmatize the real worry, excitement and emotions that come with this responsibility and growth. And that all we can do is make smart choices, evaluate and do what feels right in our gut. Here for you to vent or support in any way!!! 🤩 We’re all WIP, for life. ✌️
I understand! People have no idea what it means to steward an enterprise. But I’ve watched from afar how you treat people, and know you will continuously be successful! Myles Worthington
Be an entrepreneur they said…it will be fun they said…FAKE NEWS! lol While it definitely can be fun it is also the most terrifying (yet gratifying) experience of your life. Congrats on all the growth and continued success!!🎊🥂🍾
Always love and appreciate your transparency and what a great lesson and reminder to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Rooting for you and the WORTHI team!

2dBetting on yourself is believing you will do your very best to lead with integrity and never ever stop growing. Every potentially life changing choice you will be forced to make, positive or negative, impacting your life or theirs, is an opportunity to double down. Gamblers are out here sweating our asses off! But take a look at yourself– your chosen business name…You’re way out ahead. 🏁🏁🏁
