The message is simple: Believing changes anything.
We flew both teams to what I like to call the United Bowl 🏈 this week AND had an amazing new ad… and the message is simple: believing changes everything. But just in case, there’s no fee to change your flight with United Airlines. https://lnkd.in/deeZXuu6

Reports are now in about yet another appalling incident involving 'award-winning' Tasmanian harness racing trainer, Ben Yole. The long-awaited final Murrihey report was handed to the government weeks ago. When will it be released so that we can see what the findings are; so that actions can be taken to prevent repeated and continued industry failures to meet legal requirements and basic community expectations? But this is just the tip of the iceberg. People and animals continue to suffer while the Tas racing industry thumbs its nose at basic regulatory requirements - and nothing is done to hold it to account. How bad do things have to become before the government commits to providing sufficient funding to enable regulatory authorities (including the RSPCA) to maintain independent supervision of the industry? Over the past 5 years, the government has poured more than $150m of taxpayer funds into the racing industry - with no improvement in outcomes. This money could be better spent on improving vital services that people need in this tough economic climate. We know that most Tasmanians stand with us in our fight to end this cruelty. The first step in making any change is to stop the flow of taxpayer money … because right now government money is the only thing keeping the industry going. https://lnkd.in/gt_vrNx8

Hi, it’s Deborah and Euzi Would you like to find out what happened when a person played an Instant Win Game (a game of chance whose outcome is predetermined by at the point of purchase) in which at the end of the game, due to a software error, two sets of matched numbers were displayed, one with a £10 prize and one with a £1m prize? The predetermined outcome of the game was a win of £10, but the player claimed a prize of £1m and sought summary judgement on the claim, arguing that terms on which the player relied were not incorporated into the contract and/or were unfair under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999. Watch the following clip to find out the Judge’s decision: https://buff.ly/43atfoU #legaladvicefordivorcematters #legaladviceforlandlordandtenantmatters #legaladviceforemploymentmatters #mackenziefriend #helpingyoutopreparetoattendatcourt #affordablelawforyou #bespokelegaladvice

An excellent two days learning from guest speakers and peers about their own companies or organisations sustainability and net zero journeys at #edie24. I'd never seen this video before so was a great introduction to the work of Make My Money Matter, an organisation looking to transform the financial industry so more people and planet focused. Used for a campaign, it's messaging is very effective. #climate #environment #pensions #finance

How does court colour paint impact player performance? Court colour paint enhances player performance by improving traction, reducing reflections, and increasing visibility. High-quality paint may also absorb impact, reducing fatigue and the risk of injury. #playerperformance #performance #courtpaint #sportscourt #playhard #youcandoit
