Congratulations to the Teacher of the Year for each of our school sites! Annually the Campbell High School Teachers Association coordinates the nomination and voting process at each school, where teachers nominate and select a winner. From these exceptional educators, one is chosen to represent the District at the county-wide Teacher of the Year celebration. This year Del Mar High School's Chef Cole Croghan was selected as District Teacher of the Year. Huge congratulations to Chef Cole Croghan on being awarded CUHSD Teacher of the Year! His incredible skills, from running exciting contests to teaching essential life skills, have made a lasting impact at Del Mar. Chef Croghan's dedication ensures students graduate with valuable certificates and pride in their culinary creations. Celebrating Excellence 🎉! At tonight's school board meeting, the Superintendent and Board of Trustees recognized Westmont Language Teacher Jenee Fawson for being named one of California's Outstanding Language Teachers at the California Language Teacher Conference this past March. Ms. Fawson's exceptional contribution to language education showcases a remarkable blend of impactful classroom instruction and outstanding integration of technology. Her work with the Stanford World Language Project, as part of the California Subject Matter Project, stands out as a testament to her commitment to advancing the profession through both leadership and teaching!
