NEW RESOURCE | IHI released a resource on their #AgeFriendly Health Systems website on, "Focusing on Equity at Every Step of Your Age-Friendly Health Systems Journey," outlining the Recipe for Equity in the 4Ms. The recipe includes key considerations to increase equitable and reliable implementation of the 4Ms for all older adults at every step of becoming an Age-Friendly Health System. These materials are informed by insights from the Age-Friendly Health Systems Advisory Group, previous + ongoing work at IHI focusing on equity and the increasing global recognition of the impact of bias and systemic racism on health and care.
