Central banks around the world will not be blamed as they continue progressive dedollarisation and exiting Euro-denominated assets. The profits from another’s principal belongs firstly to the other. The EU has as much right to the interest or derived profit as it does to the principal. The western powers are flagging that the western financial apparatuses that have been so central to global economic affairs for many decades are risky propositions. #financial #weaponisation #risk
