Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with exemplary telephone etiquette. Accuracy: Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in tasks. Flexibility: Willingness to work extra hours occasionally to complete tasks and attend company meetings outside normal working hours (approximately one per month). Availability: Immediate joining preferred, with specified batch dates provided. Knowledge: Familiarity with the equities market is considered an advantage.
