This year marks 40 years of the minimum drinking age of 21, a law that has saved over 30,000 lives. As we honor this milestone, we are championing the HALT Act to mandate passive technology in all new vehicles to prevent drunk driving. This technology can detect impairment and stop crashes before they happen.
