The gap we bridge excites me!!!! This happened a while back and was wondering when we'd share... this news is music to my ears. Those in this space understand how important absorption is. And finding a perfect host employer is key... We deliberately partner with small businesses rather than big corporates. We understand what they are trying to build and we want to grow it with them.. We could easily collaborate with well-established companies, but it will sell out our mission... Because we are clear on this one thing: we Grow People. Grow Businesses! One intern at a time. One business at a time. It's a marathon this, not a sprint 😉 Did you get to listen to this conversation: https://bit.ly/4bgXqNI Care to hear your thoughts...
Congratulations on becoming employees ...Lebohang & Katlego from our 2nd cohort 🎉 🎊 🥂 . Kudos to our host employers who see value in our work... For this reason, we grow businesses by growing people... Perfect combo.

Financial Advisor: Entrepreneurs, executives, & sales leaders rely on me to show them how to help keep their business open, their families protected, and their money working harder than them. | Father | Man of Faith
Success deserves celebration. Taking the time to celebrate achievements, big or small, not only acknowledges hard work but also motivates and inspires continued effort and dedication. This is especially true if you're a leader of a company or a team. Recognizing the success of hitting a corporate revenue goal: ➡ Shows your team you notice them ➡ Elevates the sales, marketing, and ops teams who made it happen ➡ Shows the employees that you're paying attention to the details of their actions, not just numbers. ➡ It reinforces the value of the journey and the effort invested. ➡ Creates an environment where achievement is valued. What are you celebrating this month? — I'm John Cole. I work with business owners, entrepreneurs, and top-sales professionals to make sure their money works way harder than they ever do. Stick around for the journey. 🔔 Follow me and ring the bell in my profile to see my posts ✅ Reach out to me

Brand and Marketing Strategist | Brand Builder | I help companies accelerate revenue growth connecting customers to shared brand values from the inside out.
Ask any sales or marketing professional… Launching new products and building new territories is not easy. Over a year ago my husband, Dean Peaple , joined this company to launch a new division of window coverings. Through operations and production challenges, changes in leadership and the minimal marketing support common with ‘startups’ - my husband never gave up! I have watched him be tenacious and creative, using common sense, guerilla tactics, and teamwork- always finding a way. I know the road is long, - and I admire my husbands patience and perseverance. When you work hard and see a reward with a Win like this- you have to celebrate! Most of us are so busy doing the work we do- we forget to take time to celebrate the wins. It’s as easy as 123… 1. Take a moment to reflect on your wins 2. Be proud of your accomplishments, 3. Share your gratitude with those that helped you achieve your goals. Celebrate the Wins!
And the 2024 People's Choice Award for Product(s) I Would Like in My Home goes to Rowley Company! Congrats!

Today is Robin's 17th birthday! 🎂 At Robin, we believe in sticking to our values every day. To celebrate, I asked my amazing team one question: What's one word that describes working at Robin? 🤔 The big answer? "Freedom." 🕊️ But what does having freedom and working remotely really mean? It's not just about being flexible, it's about having control and trust. It's the freedom to pick your hours, plan your day your way, and be there for your family when they need you, like looking after sick kids during the day and working later. Working remotely also means less stress. No more getting stuck in traffic or rushing to reach the office on time. Instead, we get to start our day calmly at home, which helps us focus better and get more done. With nearly 8 years of experience here, I've seen firsthand how remote work lets us mix our personal and work lives smoothly, so we can do well in both areas. It's proof of the trust and support we share in our Robin team. 💙 What does freedom at work mean to you?
Happy Birthday, Robin! Today, we celebrate 17 incredible years of Robin! With a team of 27 dedicated internal employees from different countries, alongside our invaluable external marketing team, we've been steadfastly working according to Robin's core values: personal, clean, complete, driven, and trust. Our mission remains clear: to facilitate borderless recruitment. Here's to many more years of success and growth! 🎂

Sound advice and passing on of experience from Dave Bailey, on making the time to celebrate the small wins to keep morale and team resilience high as you scale your company. Practical tips included and well worth 4 mins of your time to scroll through :)
When founders feel low, I’ll ask "when was the last time you celebrated with the team?" ”There’s been nothing to celebrate”, they’ll often say. 15 minutes later, they're planning their next celebration… here’s why:

"What if we celebrated something today and it fell apart tomorrow?" This is a constant question when working in a #startup, #founder or not. It's usually in the back of my head, but I always choose to #celebrate small wins - no matter the small voice in my head repeating the same question. Why, you may ask? A number of reasons: 🌟Achieving #milestones is no small feat when working in a fast-paced constantly changing environment, and that needs to be celebrated 🚀It boosts #teammorale, which unlocks the energy to keep pursuing and hitting other milestones 🤗 It's a reminder to #pause and review how far the team has come and reminisce on the good, the bad, and the ugly. Strengthens the #teambond These are my top 3 reasons; I have seen them positively impact the teams I have worked with, and they will always be reason enough to celebrate the #smallwins - no matter the ever-lingering fear of things falling apart tomorrow 💪
